Figure 437 4. Select the Properties you wish to include, along with their corresponding values that display. Use the Filter field to search for values as needed. 5. Optionally, repeat steps 3 and 4 to add additional Content Types and/or additional Properties to the filter. 6. When you have finished making all the selections for your filter, click the X button in the bottom right hand corner to close the dialog box. 7. Optionally, select the Match All Properties field (Figure 438) if you want to match all instances of your filter requirements Leave the field deselected, if you want to match any instance of your filter requirements. Figure 438 8. Click the Filter button (Figure 439). Your list of objects will filter based on the criteria selected. Keep in mind that if you created a filter based on more than one Content Type, you will have to proceed to those Content Lists to see the filter results. For example: If you filtered on all Content Type = Book (Document), with Properties = Tag, Tag value = “gov” AND all Content Type = Collection with Properties = Tag, with the Tag value = “docs”, then you would be able to see the results of the Documents tagged with “gov” in the CONTENT Documents list and the results of the Collections tagged with “docs” in the CONTENT Collections list.
