Document Cover Images Do Not Display. What Should I Do? 1. Check the Custom URL field on the Document Properties screen for the affected Documents. 2. Make sure only letters, numbers, hyphens and underscores are contained within the Custom URL field. 3. If any “illegal” characters are present, delete them, replace with legal values and then Save the Document. NOTE: You do not need to republish when you are updating the Custom URL field you only need to Save the Document. 4. Retest the display of the cover images for the affected Documents, remembering to refresh your browser. 5. If this does not resolve the issue, please contact Tizra.
