What do I do if a Customer Can’t Log In? If a customer just needs a new password generated: Send the customer a link to your Password Generator page: YourDomainName//~passwordHelp If a customer is struggling and logging in multiple times: 1. From the Tizra Control Panel, go to the USERS section. 2. Click on the User’s name and then set and confirm their password to something simple. 3. Call or email customer to TELL THEM THEIR NEW PASSWORD. You can optionally tell them to change their password once they gain access to the system.
