What do I do if a Customer Can’t Access Content? Confirm that the customer actually purchased the content: 1. From the Tizra Control Panel, go to REPORTING and select the Commerce Transaction Report. Instructions on how to run the report are here. 2. In the Report Format field, be sure to select the “Detailed.” If after reviewing the report you see that the customer DID purchase the content: 1. Check the User’s License by going to the USERS section of the Tizra Control Panel. 2. Select the User’s Account. 3. Click on the specific License # at the bottom of the screen and review the following: Confirm that the User actually has a license for the content in question. Does the license have a specified number of days (duration) that are now exceeded? Are concurrent access limitations being exceeded? Is the license outside a fixed date range?
