Is Visible (for Attachments & Free Attachments) Applies to Attachment/Free Attachment files and URLs for Documents and Excerpts (does not apply to Static Pages). The Is Visible field (Figure 62) is selected by default. Leave the default setting if you want the Attachment/Free Attachment file or URL visible in the Downloads section of the sidebar menu in the online content reader (Figure 63, highlighted). Deselect this option if you do not want your users to be able to see the file in the Downloads section of the sidebar menu in the online content reader.
