User Tags (for Institutional Accounts) Figure 319 Institutional User Tag(s) (Figure 319) can be used to help to organize your Institutional User Accounts and can be used to manage organization of Institutions through User Account Sets. User Tip: If you have many Institutions as your customers and you Offer them access to the same Content, you can create a User Tag for each of the Institutions, put the Institutions in an Account Set, and then you do not have to create a separate License for each Institution. The Tag Picker Screen displays when you click into the User Tag(s) field on the Institutional User Account screen. The Tag Picker screen allows you to add and select entries to describe and organize your Institutional User Accounts. For example: You may wish to have a Tag called “Library” On the Tag Picker screen, you can: • Select from existing values by clicking on them (they'll become bold). • Deselect values by clicking again (they will lose the bold typeface). • Add new values by entering a value in the New Tag field and clicking Add.
