The asterisk (*) may be used as a wild card in this field. For example: Cath* would find Catherine and Cathy. IP: The IP Address for the Institutional Account you wish to export. Your report will download in a .txt or .xls format, and can be accessed as per your browser’s downloading protocol.

Searching for a User (Individual or Institutional) If you need to find an Individual or Institutional User Account for updating in your Tizra Publisher, especially when you system is full of hundreds, if not thousands of Users, you can use the User Account Search feature. User Tip: Tizra is designed to give you an informational message if you go over a certain number of Users in your Tizra Publisher system. Sample message: Limiting User list display to under xxxx. List would have contained xxxx users. Use search patterns to find a particular user or limit the size of the listing. Use the export as CSV function to download a complete list. The User Account Search feature should be used if you receive this message. The User Account Search feature can be accessed from the Individual or Institutional User Account list by clicking on the Search button (Figure 390).
