User Tags (for Individual User Accounts) Figure 306 User Tag(s) (Figure 306) can be used to help to organize your Individual Users and can be used to manage organization of Individual Users through User Account Sets. The Tag Picker Screen displays when you click into the User Tag(s) field on the Individual User Properties screen. The Tag Picker screen allows you to add and select entries to describe and organize your Individual Users. For example: You may wish to have a Tag called “Reviewer.” On the Tag Picker screen, you can: Select from existing values by clicking on them (they'll become bold). Deselect values by clicking again (they will lose the bold typeface). Add new values by entering a value in the New Tag field and clicking Add. Use of the User Tag(s) field is optional.
