Attachments (for Excerpts) If you want an Attachment (Figure 95) to be available JUST for a particular Excerpt (and not for the entire Document), then you can upload those Attachments here. This might be useful if you had chapters in a book and each chapter had activity sheets associated with it and you didn’t want to display ALL the activity sheets for all chapters in the Downloads section of the sidebar menu in the online content reader. Instead, you could create an Excerpt for each chapter, then use the Attachment field to upload the activity sheets unique to each Excerpt. When you click the + Add Resource(s) link in the Attachments field, the Add Resource dialog box opens. After you add the file or URL, click the Upload button to upload the file or URL to the Excerpt. You will return to the Excerpt Properties screen, where all the fields associated with the file or URL will display. See the details for Attachment and Free Attachment Fields. Figure 95
