Creating a License to an Offer 1. From the Tizra Control Panel, go to USERS and select the Individual User, Institutional User OR the Account Set to which you wish to add a License. 2. In the Licenses field at the bottom of the screen, click the +Add New License link. 3. On the New License screen, select the Offer from the drop down list (Figure 495). The terms of the selected Offer will be applied to the License. Note: You can always edit the terms of the Offer to which you created the License after the new license has been created.
