Show in Public Searches and Indexes? The default setting for the Show in Public Searches and Indexes field (Figure 40) is Yes. If you change the setting to No, the Document – including its Title, Author and Abstract –will NOT be visible when your Users use the Tizra Quick Search, the Tizra Advanced Search, the Author Index, or the Title Index on your web site. Selecting No in this field is useful if you want to make a Document visible only to a select group of Users and want to send the Users the Document’s Live URL in order to view it. Note: Selecting No in this field does NOT mean that people cannot access the Document. Anyone who has the URL can view it. Selecting No in this field only prevents the Document from showing up in Search results lists or on the Author or Title index pages of your web site. In other words: the document is not publicly visible, but it is still accessible. Figure 40 !
