7. When you have finished making all the selections for your filter, click the X button in the bottom right hand corner to close the Filter List Display dialog box. 8. Back on the Content List, click the Filter button (Figure 452). Your list of objects will filter based on the criteria selected. Keep in mind that if you created a filter based on more than one Content Type, you will have to proceed to those Content Lists to see the filter results. For example: If you filtered on all Content Type = Book (Document), with Custom URL = “government” AND all Content Type = Collection with Custom URL = “tech_collection”, then you would be able to see the results of the Document with the “government” Custom URL in the CONTENT Documents list and the results of the Collection with the “tech_collection” Custom URL in the CONTENT Collections list.
