Offer Available to The Offer Available To field (Figure 188) allows you to select a group of Users that the Offer applies to. This field works with User Account Sets. This feature provides a more secure way of limiting access an Offer than the Automatically Show Offer when Relevant option. However, it requires that a User be registered in order to see the Offer. Figure 188 There are two options for this field: All Users: is the default setting and will make the Offer available to all Users (as long as the Automatically Show Offer When Relevant field is set to Yes). Selected User Set: when you select this option, a drop down list appears (Figure 189). Inside the list are all the User Sets you have created in the USER Account Sets section of the Tizra Publisher system. Figure 189 Account Sets allow you to create groups of Users based on Tags applied on the User Properties screen and filters created under USERS Account Sets. For example: If you wanted to create a group that was limited to instructors, you could go to USERS Account Sets, and create one called “Instructors Only” with a filter that required the Tag “instructor.” Then any User that you applied the instructor tag to would be included in the Set, and the Offer Available To dropdown would display the option of limiting the Offer to members of that set.
