Deleting a License for a User or an Account Set 1. From the Tizra Control Panel, go to USERS and select the Individual User, Institutional User OR the Account Set that has the License you wish to delete. 2. If You are Deleting a License for an Individual or Institutional User: At the bottom of the Individual or Institutional User screen, click the delete link to the far right of the License # you wish to delete. (Figure 500) and then confirm the deletion (Figure 501). Figure 500 Figure 501 If You are Deleting a License for an Account Set: Select the License you wish to delete, click the Delete button (Figure 502) and then confirm the deletion for the selected license(s) (Figure 503).
