Providing Access to Users Who Have Purchased Content Outside Of Tizra Your customers may buy access to your content by using Tizra Publisher’s built-in ecommerce system (by entering their credit card information online). In other instances, your customers who purchase access to your Tizra Publisher site on behalf of a school or other institution may make their payment via company check, for example. In these instances, you must set up Content access for your customers manually. 1. From the Tizra Control Panel, go to USERS Individual Accounts (Figure 343). Figure 343 2. Click the Create New button (Figure 344). Figure 344 3. On the New User dialog box, enter a User Name for the account and make sure the User Type field is set to “Individual” (Figure 345). Note: If you use an email address as the User Name, the User can have a new password emailed to them if they forget it or if someone inadvertently changes it.
