Setting Up Internal Offers Internal Offers, sometimes called Hidden Offers, are useful in cases where you want to set up User Accounts and provide access to content manually, without requiring an ecommerce transaction. 1. On the applicable Content Properties screen (Document, Collection, Static Pages, etc.) click the Create Offer button. 2. In the Offer Name field, enter something easily recognized. Tizra recommends using the convention “INTERNAL: Document Title” 3. In the Offer Available to field, select “Selected User Set” and then select “Nobody” from the drop-down list. This is just an added precaution to prevent an INTERNAL Offer from becoming visible to end users in case you accidentally publish the Offer. Publishing an INTERNAL Offer is not required. 4. Edit any other properties for the INTERNAL Offer. See The Offer Properties Screen section for more information. Note: All settings for the INTERNAL Offer can be edited after the License is created. See the Editing a License for a User or Account Set section for more information. 5. Click the Save button. Publishing an INTERNAL Offer is not required. 6. Add a License on the User’s account (Individual, Institutional or Account Set) to the newly created Internal Offer. !
