Filtering on a Tizra ID The Tizra ID is a system-generated ID that is created for all of your Content (Documents, Excerpts, Collections, Offers, etc.). If you don’t have a Custom URL entered for the Content Type, then the Tizra ID will display in the URL for the content. To Filter on a content’s ID, you must be on that particular Content List. So, for example, if you want to look up a Document ID (also called Book ID), you must be on the Document List (CONTENT Documents). 1. From the applicable Content List, click the Create List Filter link (Figure 441). Figure 441 2. Enter a value in the Lookup TizraID field (Figure 442). Figure 442 3. To clear the filter, click on the link that contains the Tizra ID at the top of the Content List (Figure 445) and then click the Clear Filter button (Figure 446).
