Logging In for the First Time as an Admin User Tizra’s technical staff will set you up in your Tizra Publisher system with an Administrative (Admin) User account with your email address as your Username. To log into your Tizra Publisher site for the first time, you’ll want the system to generate a password for you, which you can then reset yourself. To generate the password: 1. Go to YourTizraPublisherSiteName//~passwordHelp 2. Submit your email address. You should receive the password by email within a minute or so. Check your spam folder if not. 3. To log into the Tizra Control Panel, go to: YourTizraPublisherSiteName/admin/main 4. Enter your email address as the Username, and the new Password you were sent. Important Note: While Mozilla Firefox is the only officially supported browser for the Tizra Control Panel screens, you can also reliably use Google Chrome or Apple Safari. MICROSOFT INTERNET EXPLORER IS NOT SUPPORTED FOR ADMIN USE and may cause errors in data entry. All common browsers work on the end- user interfaces. 5. Go to the USERS section of the Tizra Control Panel and click on your email address. 6. Enter a New Password and then make the same entry in the Confirm New Password field and click Save. We recommend changing your password for security and convenience. !
