Reverting a System-Defined Property to its System Defaults Click the [edit] link next to – or beneath – the property name and then click the Remove System Override button on the Editing Properties screen. The property will revert back to its system default settings. Important Notes: If reverting to the system defaults ends up changing the Property Type, it may affect data entry and/or search behavior for already published objects. Republishing with the Publish metadata only… field selected may be needed to avoid anomalies. Changes to the Property Sort Value, and between Text, String, and HTML types do not require republishing. !
