Author(s) The Author(s) field (Figure 32) typically displays along with a Document’s Title in listings on your web site. The Author(s) field contains the name(s) of the Author(s) for the Document. Author names should be listed in last name, first name format, and multiple Author names should be separated by semi-colons. For example: Doe, Jane Smith, Rob The Tizra Publisher system can automatically generate Author Index pages, which are sorted alphabetically by Author last name and are commonly displayed under the “Browse Authors” heading. If there is more than one Author listed in the Author field, the Tizra Publisher system will list the Document on the Author Index page under the letter of the last name for each of the Authors. For example: If you entered the Document’s Authors as “Doe, Jane Smith, Rob” the Document would be listed on the “D” (for Doe) Author index page AND on the “S” (for Smith) Author index page. Tech Tip: When there are multiple Authors, you can use CSS to change the formatting of the names so the one that is being sorted on is highlighted. That is, in the example above, the name Doe would be highlighted in the listing under “D.” For information about the [edit] link to the right of the field and the [remove override] link (if present), see: the Edit Link, Remove Override and the Editing Property Screen help sections.
