Content Type (Matching Any or Matching All Screens) Note: The following screen shot examples apply to BOTH the Matching Any AND Matching All screens However, only Matching Any screens are pictured. On the Matching Any or Matching All screens, you can select the Content Type from the drop down list (Figure 413). The options are: Any Type, Book, Collection, Document, Excerpt, Offer and Page. The default selection is “Book.” Figure 413 The most useful Content Types for inclusion in a Collection are Book and Excerpt. You can also select multiple types of Content by selecting one Content Type (Book, Excerpt), selecting the Properties you want to include in the Collection and then selecting another Content Type and repeating the Property selection process. For example: You might want to include all Books in a Collection that have the Author “Jane Doe” and all Excerpts that have the “government” Tag. You would select the Content Type of “Book,” and then select the Property of “Author” and select “Jane Doe” from the Author list. Next you would select “Excerpt” in the Content Type drop down list, select the Property of “Tags” and then select the “government” Excerpt Tag. User Tip: If you want to include different Content Types (Book, Excerpt) in a Collection based ONLY on their Tags, select “Any Type” from Content Type drop down list and then select Tags from the Properties list. ALL Tags for all Content Types will display. ! i
