Creating Hyperlink Formatted Text in a PDF Tizra automatically highlights hyperlinks with a blue border when users hover their mice over them. The color and style of the border can be adjusted for your site as a whole via CSS in PRESENTATION Properties readerCSS. If you want your links to appear with traditional blue, underlined text, you can edit the text within your PDF, as described in the steps below. Note: With CSS, you can also do limited styling to the border of the hyperlinks (color, dotted, solid, heavy, light, bottom only, top only, etc.) that is always visible (not just when users hover their mice over the hyperlinks). But, for more control over styling, such as creating links that contain blue (or other color) text, use the steps described below. 1. In Adobe Acrobat, go to Tools Content Editing Edit Text & Images.
