Editing Multiple Redemption Codes within an Existing Batch You can edit multiple Redemption Codes within an existing Batch all at once. You might want to do this if a Batch contains errors and you don’t want to create new codes. You might make multiple edits if you want to change whether codes are disabled or enabled, need to have their Uses Left increased or decreased, or need their Code Action changed. Important Note: When editing multiple codes in the Redemption Codes list, a selection is required in the Code Action field, even if the Code Action setting is not being changed. 1. Go to COMMERCE Redemption Codes. 2. From the drop-down list, select the Redemption Code Batch for which you wish to edit multiple codes. 3. In the Redemption Codes list ,click the boxes next to the codes you wish to edit, or click the box at the top of the Redemption Code list to select all codes. 4. Enter a Code Action. See Note, above. 5. Make changes to the following fields Code Enabled? Uses Left 6. Click the Update Selected Codes button. The selected codes will be edited.
