Batch – Selected in the Drop-down List The Batch name that displays at the top of the Redemption Codes screen is the Batch currently selected in the drop-down list (yellow highlight, Figure 9). Selecting a Batch name from the drop-down list will display a list of all codes within that Batch. A Batch is whatever number of Redemption Codes you create at one time. You can name a Batch by date, the customer name, or any combination that makes sense to your organization. After selecting a Batch from the drop-down list, you can add new codes to the Batch, edit individual codes within the Batch, edit multiple codes within the Batch or delete all or some of a Batch’s codes.
