Apply Offer – Match The Apply Offer (match) Redemption Code feature (Figure 18) will apply an Offer to a User who redeems that code, but will only use the terms associated with the Offer selected via the Tizra ID of Offer field (365-day access, for example). The code will ignore whatever content is associated with the selected Offer, and use whatever content is defined in the Match Specification field instead. This Redemption Code type might be useful if you want to create just a few Offers in your Tizra Publisher system, such as 365-day access perpetual access and 1-month trial access, for example. You could set up those three Offers in your Tizra Publisher system – on any content --and then use the Match Specifications to specify the content that applies to the Redemption Codes. This saves you the time of setting up Offers on each piece of saleable content. Also see: Creating Apply Offer (Match) Redemption Codes Important Note: Match Specifications, will override any Content associated with the Offer selected in the Tizra ID of Offer field. User Tip: To find the applicable Tizra ID of Offer, you can open another Tizra Admin session and the go to CONTENT Offers and copy the Offer ID from the Offer Properties screen. !i

The Session License (match) behaves like the Apply Offer – Match, in that the Redemption Code ignores whatever content is associated with the selected Offer, and uses whatever content is defined in the Match Specification field instead. The Session License (match) grants access to the specified content for the browser session only. Sessions are identified by browser cookies, and expire after a period of inactivity by the User. These Redemption Codes can be used for user sampling, granting limited download access, reviewers, evaluation copies, etc. Also see: Creating Session License (Match) Redemption Codes Important Note: Match Specifications, will override any Content associated with the Offer selected in the Tizra ID of Offer field.
