Tizra is looking for an experienced backend software engineer to play a key role in the next phase of the company's growth. You will be part of a small, highly collaborative team focused on developing new features, scaling the platform and improving DevOps. As the companyโs first hire for this role, you will work directly with the founding CTO and will have unique opportunities to learn and to make strategic contributions at a company that is changing how organizations think about content and communication.
### Responsibilities
You will need to learn and become productive quickly with a large and thoughtfully architected code base. Priorities will includeโฆ
* Building and documenting systems and procedures to ensure that system uptime, performance and security meet the highest industry standards.
* Collaborating with the frontend team to define and implement new features, and support them at the server side.
* Communicating with customers both to facilitate customer integrations with Tizra, and to understand their ongoing and changing needs.
