The Tampa Bay Trial Lawyers Association (TBTLA) exists to provide members with the tools they need to successfully represent consumers in the courtroom. The non-profit organization had abundant, valuable information at its disposal in the form of member-submitted motions, complaints, deposition transcripts, and much moreโ but no way for members to access it easily. Inefficiencies and limitations in content sharing diminished the user experience and the value of TBTLA membership. The association found its solution in a new search and discovery platform, resulting in greater value to members and some unexpected benefits along the way.
This case study shows how TBTLA integrated Tizraโs content hub with its website to create a flexible, fast and frustration-free resource center for its members.
