Adding a Video and Managing Access with Vimeo Privacy Controls

Add a new video to your Tizra hosted Resource Hub:

1. Log in to your Tizra admin site.
2. Go to Content and navigate down to Videos.
3. Click on Create New.
4. Fill in the Title, Keyword, and Media Type property fields.
5. In the Video URL property field paste in your Vimeo Share Link URL.
6. Scroll down and Save your video.
7. Publish your video to Staging.
8. Scroll up and click the Staging URL to preview your video in private staging.
9. If all is well Publish your video to Staging & Live.
10. Click the Live URL to see your video on the public live site.

Manage access with Vimeo's privacy controls:

1. Log in to your Vimeo admin site.
2. Go to the Library and click on your video.
3. Navigate to the privacy features on the right side.
4. Click Hide This From Vimeo.
5. Scroll down to Where Can This be Embedded? and select Specific domains.
6. Paste your Tizra video Live URL and then the Staging URL into individual domain fields.

With these settings in place your video can be only be viewed on your Tizra hosted Resource Hub.
