Keyword(s) (for Documents) Keyword(s) (Figure 33 ) are a standard field on the Document Properties screen that can be used to add topical or other terms that help to describe the Document. Keywords can be displayed publicly. The Keyword Picker dialog box opens when you click into the Keyword field. The Keyword Picker dialog box is where you can add, select and deselect Keyword terms. On the Keyword Picker dialog box you can: Select from existing values by clicking on them (they'll become bold). Deselect values by clicking again (they will lose the bold typeface). Add new values by entering a value in the New Keyword field and clicking Add. The use of the Keyword field is optional. Note: Whether this field is shown to users depends on the CSS and web design templates you are using.
