Enabling Google Analytics Google Analytics is a great free tool to analyze traffic on your site, and it's a good idea to have it active before you launch so you have a record of traffic from the beginning. 1. If you haven’t already set one up, visit the Google Analytics website to sign up for a new Google Analytics account. 2. On the Google Analytics website, click the Create an Account button (Figure 18) and follow the on-screen instructions. Figure 18 3.
