Matching Any, Matching All An entry is required in the Matching Any field (Figure 253) and/or the Matching All field (Figure 254). If you leave both the Matching Any and Matching All fields blank, ALL THE CONTENT OF YOUR TIZRA PUBLISHER SYSTEM will be included in the Collection. The Matching Any and the Matching All fields allow you to select the Content that will be included within a Collection. The Matching Any field is used to create a Collection containing one property OR another property. The Matching All field is used if you want to create a Collection containing one property AND another property. For example: If you wanted a Collection to include Books tagged with “Apollo 11” OR “Apollo 15,” you would select “Apollo 11” and “Apollo 15” in the Matching Any field and the Tizra Publisher system would include: Any Book tagged with “Apollo 11 Any Book tagged with “Apollo 15 and Any Book tagged with “Apollo 11” and “Apollo 15.” If you ONLY wanted to include in the Collection those books tagged with BOTH “Apollo 11” AND “Apollo 15,” you would select those Tags in the Matching All field. You can also use BOTH the Matching Any and Matching All fields. For example: If you wanted to create a Collection including Books authored by Jane Doe OR John Smith, but wanted to limit the Collection to their books on the subject of publishing, then you would select “Jane Doe” and “John Smith” as the Authors in the Matching Any field and select the “publishing” Tag in the Matching All field (Figure 255).
