Tags (for Collections) Tag(s) (Figure 249) can be used to add topical or other terms that help to describe the Collection and can be used to manage organization and presentation of Collections through Tag filters. Use of the Tag field is optional. For example: You may wish to have a Tag called “government” for all Collections related to government policies. The Tag Picker dialog box displays when you click into the Tag(s) field on the Collection Properties screen. On the Tag Picker dialog box you can: Select existing values by clicking on them (they'll become bold). Deselect values by clicking again (they will lose the bold typeface).
