The Collection Properties Screen To access the Collection Properties screen from the Tizra Control Panel, go to CONTENT Collection and click the Create New button. Quick Tip: From the Tizra Control Panel, click the Cog icon and go to Create New Collection. The only fields that are required on the Collection Properties Screen are the Collection Name and an entry in the Matching Any and/or Matching All field(s). The Collection Properties screen is where you can create a new Collection or edit an existing Collection’s metadata. The Collection’s metadata describes the content of the Collection, which can consist of Documents, Excerpts, other Collections, Static Pages, Offers or any combination of these Content types. To determine what is included in a Collection, you use Matching Any and/or the Matching All fields (See The Matching Any and Matching All Screens section for more information). These fields allow you to pick and choose the type of Content and the Properties associated with the type of Content. For example: You may choose to include all Documents (the Content type) that have the same Author (the Content Type’s property) in a Collection. Matching Any = INCLUDE Property1 OR Property2 Matching All = INCLUDE Property1 AND Property2 Note: When you change or add Content to the Matching Any or Matching All fields on an already Published to Live Collection, then clicking the Save button will automatically change or add the Content to your Live web site.
