Offering Special Deals to Some Users and Not Others Offering special deals to some Users and not others involves creating User Account Sets (USERS Account Sets). Account Sets allow you to create specific groups of Users based on the User Tags linked to Individual or Institutional User Accounts. Note: The following steps assume you have already Tagged Users for inclusion in a particular Account Set AND that you’ve created the Account Set. 1. From the Tizra Control Panel, go to CONTENT Documents, Excerpts or Collections (Figure 211). Figure 211 2.
