Exclude PDF Downloads Exclude PDF Downloads is deselected by default. When Exclude PDF Downloads (Figure 177) is selected, the User will NOT have access to any PDF Downloads you have created on the Documents or Excerpts the offer applies to (downloads can be created via settings on Document Properties or Excerpt Properties). You can use this feature to create multiple purchase options on the same content, such as a low priced or free option that only allows online viewing, and a higher priced one that includes the ability to download PDFs for offline viewing and printing. Note: If you select Exclude PDF Downloads for the Offer, when the User accepts and purchases the Offer, they will still see a downloadable PDF icon for the Content, but will hit an Access Denied/Paywall page when they click on the PDF icon.
