Offer on (Collection) This field indicates the Content that the offer applies to. If you are creating an Offer for a Document or Excerpt, this field will read Offer on (Figure 166) and the name of the Document or Excerpt will be filled in. Figure 166 If you are creating an Offer for a Collection, then this field will read Offer on Collection (Figure 167) and the name of the Collection will appear in a drop down list. You may select a different Collection from the drop down list. Figure 167 If you are creating an Offer on a Collection, the following fields will also display: Offer for each item in collection: Select this option to sell each item within the collection individually under the same terms. That is, if you create an Offer with a price of $5 and apply it to a Collection in this way, each of the items in the Collection will be purchasable for $5. Offer applies to whole collection: Select this option if you want users to be able to buy access to everything in the Collection under the terms of the Offer. User Tip: You may have a Collection of books that you would like sell for $100 AND you would also like to sell each book within the Collection for $10. You would create two different Offers for the Collection: One Offer with the Offer for each item in collection field selected and “10” entered as the Price AND the other Offer with the Offer applies to whole collection field selected and “100” entered as the Price. i
