Adding a Cover Image Using the Free Attachments Field These instructions are design dependent, meaning that the Tizra design you have will determine whether you can use the Free Attachments feature to create cover images. If you aren’t sure if your design supports using these steps, please Contact Tizra. If you have a design that supports this feature, by default, your Tizra Publisher system will display the first page of your Document’s PDF as your online cover image. If the first page of your PDF is not a cover image, you can easily add a digital image file to serve as your cover image, using the Free Attachments feature on the Document Properties screen. 1. From the Tizra Control panel, go to CONTENT Documents. 2. On the Document list, select the Document to which you wish to add a cover image using the Free Attachment field. 3. On the Document Properties screen, in the Free Attachments field, click the + Add Resources link (Figure 121). Figure 121 4. On the Add Resource dialog box, click the + Add a File link (Figure 122). Figure 122 5. Browse to the digital file you’d like to add as the cover image, select it and then click the Upload button. 6. Deselect the “Is Download” and “Is Visible” fields (Figure 123) after the file is uploaded. Figure 123
