Redemption Codes Overview Redemption Codes allow publishers to generate unique codes or keys (brief strings of letters and numbers) that provide customers access to whatever content you specify. The feature is great for distributing content access when it may not be easy to communicate directly with customers, for example, if you sell your ebooks to school administrators, and do not have direct access to the students or teachers. In those cases, if a school purchases access to ebooks, the publisher can send codes in the form of a spreadsheet, email, etc. Then school administrators can circulate the codes directly to teachers. Codes can also be used to distribute digital content through existing channels, such as packing up a printed code, and shipping it from your warehouse just like a printed book. As always, Tizra Publishers can build Redemption Code submission pages into their existing Tizra sites. Newly added is the ability for publishers to provide end-users with a Redemption Code URL, which allows your customers to simply click on a link to start the redemption process. Tizra Publishers can still create Redemption Codes that add a User Tag to a customer’s account, which links a customer to a specific Account Set’s content.
