PDF Bookmarks within Tizra Overview The Bookmarks in the PDF that you upload into a Document in the Tizra Publisher system will become your online Table of Contents headings (Figure 4) and will also display when Users click on the Contents tool in the online content reader (Figure 5). Depending on the application in which you created your source material, Bookmarks may be imported when you convert your source material to PDFs. At other times, you will need to create the Bookmarks within the PDF. We’ve included instructions on how to Edit Bookmarks in the PDF and also how to Create New Bookmarks in the PDF. After you upload your Bookmarked PDF into a Document within the Tizra Publisher system, you can always edit the Document’s Table of Contents (TOC) headings within Tizra. It is recommended, however, that you to do the editing and perfecting of your Bookmarks in Adobe Acrobat, as this will prevent you from having to remember to make changes to the Tizra Table of Contents headings, if you ever re-upload the PDF into Tizra, as this will overwrite the existing Document TOC.
