Graphics Don’t Display Properly in Tizra’s Online Content Reader 1. Please contact Tizra, as image display issues may require that we file a bug report with our vendor. 2. If you cannot wait for a vendor fix, you can try running the following steps, keeping in mind that if the issue is at the vendor level, this fixup may or may not fix the problem. a. Extract the “problem” page with the image that is not displaying properly in Tizra’s online content reader. b. Run the Flattening Overprints and Transparency fixup on the page. c. Upload the flattened page to a Tizra Document, publish and test online to see if the image is fixed. d. If it is fixed, re-insert the fixed page back into the PDF and then run the Optimizing the PDF for Online Publishing profile on the full PDF. 3. If you are still seeing the image issues after running the fixups in step 2 and/or you have not already alerted Tizra to the image display issue, please contact Tizra.
